Before I started I just wanted a better understanding of how the sales process worked and to develop more knowledge in my chosen field.
Once we started the first day of the programme I realized this was going to be a little different to what I was expecting. I then discovered that I wanted so much more out of the training course than just to understand about sales. I wanted to further develop my knowledge with your LEARN process and have a better understanding on how to put in place a system.
After the next couple of days I started learning more about myself and how to develop myself as a person. I learnt the process of human behaviour and the "D" process which I think will be a very powerful tool for the future.
It surprised me in how big things can just be put into simple steps and executed so much easier. I have also learnt that questioning and understanding are literally the key to everything.
At the end of the course I realised that what I originally wanted to learn to what I had learned was completely different! I believe that everything I learnt in that week was far better than just learning about sales in general. I know that this information will stick with me for a very long time and I thank you for putting together such a great boot camp.
