Dear Ollie,
LOST… is what comes to mind when I think of my life that was. All the potential all the skill, yet no direction. I was at a point in my life, which I think all people experience, when you finally have to leave the security of the nest and take responsibility of your life. This for me was very difficult, and as many people would agree, it’s so much easier just to see life slip by whilst making excuses about how “I wasn’t meant to be one of “them” … them who taste success.”
Now only a year on, as I glance over my team, and the people who depend, respect and look up to me, it seems so surreal. I am at a place, which not so long ago was just a dream but now can be called reality.
For this I have you to thank, your belief in me and your ability to see the person behind the person, has given me a gift, which I will find difficult to repay.
The training, coaching and ongoing support you provided has not only shown me the light, but let shine the light within.
Through the use of your methods I have gained; confidence, self-belief, a winning attitude, empathy and most important of all “Direction”. You have educated me on how to deal with emotions both good and bad, relate and communicate effectively with people both professionally and on a personal level. I now understand that life is not an open book and the only thing constant in life is “change”, an element which I once feared, now evokes excitement.
“You brought me to the edge Ollie, you pushed …… I flew”
Yours truly,
