Ollie is a company . His work involves assisting people to make the most of their , both personal and professional. During his career he has worked within corporations and also as an independent consultant.

His qualifications include a degree in Transport Economics and extensive qualifications in Total Quality Management.

He has conducted literally hundreds of life seminars, embracing the whole gamut of interpersonal . He has taught public with a great deal of success. Many of his students have progressed to senior management positions in the career of their choice.

As an independent consultant he worked with such companies as Goodman Fielder, Kelloggs, Hunter Transport Industries, Mobil Oil and Uncle Tobys. The range of skill areas covered ranged from Sales , conflict resolution, problem solving and many others. In fact the range of human he has taught cover almost every aspect of management and everyday living.

The approach Ollie uses is based on the Socratic approach to life and living. He says there is a major gap in many current training approaches. That gap can be stated quite simply. So many courses give quite valid systems for applying various . What is not taught is the underlying of the subject matter and so true ownership of the material is only partially achieved. This can be termed Training Sag, according to Ollie.

Given the effectiveness of the philosophical approach to helping people achieve of , and abilities, Ollie has decided to share his forty years of in a more general way.
